Self magazine recommends eating a serving of orange veggies a day to get a healthy summer glow, think carrots and red peppers. Why? These veggies are so high in carotenoids that they can give skin a subtle orange tint when eaten in large quantities. Not only are they low in calories and filling, they’ll give you the same hue as a spray tan in no time flat.
