Arts and cultural institutions below Houston street have banded together to create Fall Downtown, a festival of events for free or for cheap. Organizations that are participating include: 3 Legged Dog, Battery Dance Co, Blue Coyote & Access, The Flea, and more. Events go from now (tonight's the kick off) to December 21st.
